LAND-BASED GROUP SESSIONS

50-PLUS FITNESS
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6am
This morning group exercise class is designed for healthy individuals over 50. Focusing on mobility and functional strength, it helps prevent injuries and promotes an active lifestyle. Participants improve their balance and flexibility, all before heading to work, making it a perfect way to start the day.

MAT-BASED MOBILITY
Wednesdays 5:15pm
The mat-based group class is designed for healthy individuals aiming to improve their mobility and stability. It incorporates a variety of movements that enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Participants engage in exercises that promote effective techniques for better physical performance. This class caters to all levels, providing a supportive environment for individuals to move with confidence and ease.

GOLDEN GROUPS
Group classes at old age homes and retirement villages focus on mobility and functional strength while ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience the use of music. THE PREHAB ROUTE
Wednesdays 6am
Our Running-Specific Conditioning Group Class helps runners build strength, efficiency, and durability. Each session blends dynamic warm-ups, running drills, strength work, plyometrics, core stability, and mobility to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
Perfect for beginners through to competitive runners, this class supports better form, faster running, and longer-lasting results — all in a motivating group setting.
